Depending on your workflow and goals, Tourus can work with your CRM and ensure all information gets pushed back into it, or be used as a CRM.

We're just looking for a texting tool. Do I have to use Tourus for everything?

While we recommend utilizing Tourus's full suite for all of your communication needs, you can use whichever feature you need whether it's one or many.

Does Tourus integrate with my PMS?

We have a Zapier integration to seamlessly flow data to and from your systems, as well as several other integrations. Get in touch so we can better understand your tech stack and advise on where Tourus fits in.

Do renters need to download Tourus?

Nope – your recipients will receive text messages just as they normally do. They also do not have do download anything or create an account to join a Facetime call with you.

How long does it take to get set up?
